Erik looks at a piece of land, understands what it could become, and works through the process and relationships needed to help get it there. People he negotiated against on behalf of a client have later hired him to represent them. That is how Hague Creek treats a client’s property: as if it were our own. One project example is Pima High School, which began as ideas and notes on a yellow legal pad and became a new high school and ball fields.
